This Privacy Policy explains how IQpearl (“IQpearl,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the IQpearl mobile application, related services, and our website.

If you use IQpearl on behalf of a company, your company may act as the administrator of your workspace data.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

– IQpearl iOS application

– IQpearl website and support pages

– IQpearl features including notifications, analytics, reporting, and integrations

It does not apply to third-party services that you connect to IQpearl (for example, Microsoft, Okta, Slack, Teams, CMMS/ERP tools, Tableau/Power BI, or webhook receivers). Those services have their own policies.

## 2. Information We Collect

### 2.1 Account and profile information

We may collect:

– Company name

– Employee name

– Employee number

– Email address

– Role and site access scope

– Authentication and password hash data

### 2.2 Operational data you create in IQpearl

We may collect and store:

– Asset records and metadata

– Site and location data

– Asset status changes (for example Up/Down/PM/Idle)

– Downtime reasons and incident context

– Work orders and maintenance-related entries

– KPI, analytics, and report configuration

– Audit and compliance logs

### 2.3 Device and technical data

We may process:

– Push notification token(s)

– App version/build

– Device and OS level diagnostics needed for reliability and security

– Sync/health status metadata

### 2.4 Uploaded content

If you upload content (for example a company logo), we process that content for product features.

### 2.5 Purchases and billing

If you subscribe through Apple In-App Purchase, Apple processes payment information. IQpearl does not receive full payment card details.

– Provide core asset tracking and downtime workflows

– Generate analytics, dashboards, and reports

– Support multi-site role-based access controls

IQpearl is iCloud-first. By default, customer workspace data is stored using Apple CloudKit private database services associated with the signed-in iCloud account.

For organizations that choose centralized backend options, IQpearl may also process workspace data through configured enterprise/API infrastructure.

## 6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with:

– Apple services required to operate IQpearl features (for example CloudKit, push notifications, StoreKit)

– Infrastructure and subprocessors needed to operate IQpearl

– Integration endpoints and third-party systems you explicitly configure

– Law enforcement or regulators when required by law

– Successors in connection with merger, acquisition, or asset transfer

## 7. Integrations and Customer-Controlled Sharing

If your organization enables integrations, IQpearl may transmit selected data to configured destinations (for example webhooks, reporting tools, collaboration tools, CMMS/ERP systems). Your organization controls these configurations.

## 8. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law.

Retention periods may vary based on:

– Company configuration

– Audit/compliance settings

– Legal requirements

## 9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls and authenticated service interactions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

– Restrict or object to certain processing

– Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
